Why is downloading important?
Your photos are at the highest resolution when downloaded to your device in their full size from your gallery link. Please do not expect good quality prints to come from a screenshot or an image saved from social media websites.
Downloading to your computer:

Let’s download the pictures from your session onto your computer!
First click the link in your email and it’ll pop up a web browser. You can download your pictures one at a time by clicking "download" next to the image that you like. OR you can download them all by clicking "download all" and it will compress them into a file that will go into your downloads folder. Once you open it up, it should uncompress it and show you them all right there.
If you’re not sure where they disappeared to, just click the "downloads" button on your browser and you should be able to open them right there.

Downloading to your phone:
Watch this short video for detailed directions on downloading your session photos to your phone. Unfortunately, you can only download images one at a time via your phone, so for this reason, I recommend using your computer to safely (and much more easily) store your entire session.

Yay! Your pictures are here! Let’s talk about how to download them to your phone. Once you receive the link via your email, you can click and open [it] on your web browser. You can view your images and click on whichever you want to download.
In the top right corner is a downward arrow/box-looking thing. Click on that and then, of course, click download. The image is [going to] go into your downloads folder which can be accessed in the top left corner. Then click on the image you want to save to your phone. Click the downward arrow and click save to photos. You’re [going to] be able to find it in your camera roll.
You can also access these photos via the google drive app. It’ll look similar, but once you click on the image, you’re just [going to] tap and hold until “save to camera roll” pops up. Click "ok" and you’ll be able to find it in your camera roll as well.
Hope this helped! Thanks for choosing Jenna B. Photography.

Printing your photos:
When printing professional photos, it is best to avoid drugstore printers (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc). These places tend to add yellow and green tones and often darken the images as well.
When printing photos sized over 8x10 or canvases, I recommend downloading the photos to a computer to order the larger prints. Cell phones tend to lower the image’s resolution, which causes the image to appear blurry in the final product.
I personally use Shutterfly.com for smaller photos, although occasionally their printing can be sub-par. Mpix.com has excellent quality, albeit slightly more pricey. Easycanvasprints.com is where I order all of my canvases for a very reasonable cost.
