What does my session price include?
The fee includes the agreed upon photo coverage time and a digital album of fully edited photos, delivered in 2-3 weeks.*
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay me via Venmo, PayPal, or with cash/check. Payment is due at the time of the session.*
How will I receive my images?
An online album will be delivered to you from my email address, photojennab@gmail.com. Once you click the link, you will be free to download, share, and print the images at your leisure. Read over my downloading and printing instructions here!
Do you offer prints?
No, I do not offer prints at this time. However, I have shared some recommendations for printing companies here.
What if I lose the link to my online album?
As of now, I keep all of my sessions permanently stored online. If you lose your link, simply message me and I can send it again. With this being said, I do recommend downloading the images to your own computer or hard drive for safekeeping, as I relinquish responsibility of photo storage after 30 days.
What if I don’t like my pictures?
Due to the nature of the services rendered, I will be unable to provide a full refund if the photos are unsatisfactory to the client, but I will do my best to resolve the issue or reschedule the session, if possible. But no need to worry about that. 😉
