Frequently Asked Questions

What does my session price include?

The fee includes the agreed upon photo coverage time and a digital album of fully edited photos, delivered in 2-3 weeks.*

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay me via Venmo, PayPal, or with cash/check. Payment is due at the time of the session.*

How will I receive my images?

An online album will be delivered to you from my email address, photojennab@gmail.com. Once you click the link, you will be free to download, share, and print the images at your leisure.

Do you offer prints?

No, I do not offer prints at this time. However, I would be happy to share with you recommendations for printing companies I use for my personal photos.

What if I lose the link to my online album?

As of now, I keep all of my sessions permanently stored online. If you lose your link, simply message me and I can send it again. With this being said, I do recommend downloading the images to your own computer or hard drive for safekeeping, as I relinquish responsibility of photo storage after 30 days. 

What if I don’t like my pictures?

Due to the nature of the services rendered, I will be unable to provide a full refund if the photos are unsatisfactory to the client, but I will do my best to resolve the issue or reschedule the session, if possible. But no need to worry about that. 😉
